Rehab Services has adopted a performance-based bonus system to reward professionals for the skills and productivity they exhibit through their work. This performance-based pay system is paid in addition to employees’ regular salary or hourly wages. 

Rehab Services has created a performance bonus system that rewards both the “quantitative” and “qualitative” components of each employee’s job. Through this performance bonus system, Rehab Service returns a percentage of company profit to employees.

The idea is this: By providing excellent quality of care, we can enhance our reputation and increase the number of referrals to our practice. Through wise planning and use of our resources, we can control our expenses. By increasing the numbers of patients treated and containing expenses, we can maximize the profit that can then be shared with everyone in the practice. As we experience this success, we are committed to taking a percentage of our profits and giving it back to the people who generated the profits in the first place.

Rehab Services believes that a performance bonus system focused on achieving excellence in patient care is positive for everyone. First, patients benefit from having therapists and support staff who are focused on providing an exceptional rehabilitation experience.
