About Us

Rehab Services is a privately owned company with headquarters in Winnemucca, Nevada.

The company began with one physical therapist, Demarah Backus Gray, who opened the Winnemucca clinic in 1991. Since that time, the operation has expanded to include seven locations in Nevada and Idaho where clinicians provide physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology in five outpatient clinics.

Rehab Services also provides care at four hospitals, four long-term care facilities and seven school districts as well as through a variety of home health agencies and community health programs.

At Rehab Services, we understand that when our patients are challenged by illness, injury or long-term disability, simple things become difficult. Life changes.

Our rehab programs are dedicated to helping our patients return to the independence they enjoyed before their injury or illness.

From sports injury to stroke, we have the experience and the compassion to make our patients’ recovery as complete as possible.
